Course to renew the license of real estate agent after having renewed it for the first time
Certification
Upon passing this course you will be awarded the certification required by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to keep your real estate license active.
The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requires that anyone with a real estate license complete the 14 Hours Continuing Education course every two (2) years after their first renewal. If this is the first time you are renewing your real estate license, you must take the 45-Hour Post-License course.
