Certification

Upon approval of this course, you will be issued the certificate required by the State Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) to take the state examination and become a licensed real estate agent.

• Age: Must be over 18 years of age

• Social Security Number: Must have a valid social security number from the United States

• Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Approval of the 63-Hour Pre-License Course (FREC I): You must take and pass the 63-Hour Pre-License (FREC I) course.
